If your product arrived damaged, please take a few pictures from your mobile phone and email them to us. We will replace the item and pick up the cost of shipping.
If your product is not damaged but you still wish to return it, most items purchased from our website include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please speak with our customer service personnel or email us regarding any items you wish to return.
For your protection, we recommend you fully insure the returned package in case it is lost or damaged in transit and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Ship items in original packaging and in brand new condition and include a copy of your invoice so we know which account to issue a credit or provide an exchange. The cost of shipping will be your responsibility.
Products returned for a refund after 30 days and products returned within 30 days that are not in pristine condition will incur a restocking fee, typically between 10% and 25%, based on the condition of the returned products. Product returns are not available after 180 days.
Exception: Software purchases are final due to the fact that software can be copied before being returned.
