Returns

Alcohol Controls is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Once your package is received, the product is inspected, and you will be refunded. All refunds are for the price of the product purchased and do not include any shipping fees.

1. Email Profit@AlcoholControls.com or call 630-486-1880 with your order number to start the return process. If the items in your order are defective or damaged in shipping, please email pictures and we will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item(s) using the carrier of their choice.
2. Any Orders looking to be returned after 30 days from the order date can be returned but will have a 15% restocking fee.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we will require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact our office at (630)486-1880 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
5. All refunds on orders with be refunded back to the original form of payment made on the order.
6. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been issued.

Exchanges

1. Please email profit@alcoholcontrols.com or call (630)486-1880 so one of our team members can work with you to find a replacement product that will work for you.
2. Exchanges to any order can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, you will be required to follow the return instructions and purchase the correct product you need, or the product will be subjected to a restocking fee.
